To activate file storage and authentication, open visa-docs.html and replace the placeholder values in the firebaseConfig object at the top of the script. You'll find your config in the Firebase Console → Project Settings → Your apps. You'll also need to enable Firebase Storage, Firestore Database, and Email/Password Authentication in your Firebase project.
